Berry Good Chocolate Smoothie

Hey lovlies! I had an intense spin class today- we had lots of sprint jumps and hill drills, so I was a mess afterward. I had gobbled down some Ezekiel bread and Maranatha crunchy peanut butter before I hit the gym, so I just needed a workout recovery snack, rather than a full on breakfast meal when I got home. I threw together these ingredients and was so stoked with the outcome! Creamy, filling, tasty deliciousness in a cup.

Adrian's Berry Good Chocolate smoothie
1/2 cup Fage 0% Greek Yogurt (or other non-fat Greek yogurt)
3/4 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk (or low cal milk of your choice)
1 scoop chocolate Designer Whey protein powder
1 cup frozen strawberries
Place all ingredients in a blender, and process till smooth. It's that easy.  It makes about 16 ounces and is only 244 calories. Enjoy!! Oh, so good! For all of the nutrition info, check out the recipe I created on Livestrong.com, my favorite calorie tracking site.
