Chocolate Power Pudding recipe

Loves, this is a weird sounding recipe, I know that, but it's so good, it totally makes up for how strange it first seems! I have heard how great chia seeds are for runners, giving you extra energy and packing in the fiber. I have eaten it for my first meal for the last two days, before exercising, and felt great each time. It's just enough calories to rev up your metabolism, and is light enough to not give you potty issues while running. I made the recipe the other night, and was totally skeptical the next morning about eating it, but it was delicious! It sort of resembles tapioca pudding, so hopefully textures don't bother you.  
Chocolate power pudding from Oxygen Magazine
4 tbsp Chia Seeds (I used 365 Organic from Whole Foods)
12oz water
1 cup chocolate protein powder (I used Pro7ein Synthesis)
1 cup Greek Yogurt (Fage 0%)
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 packet sweetener such as Splenda, Ideal or Stevia
optional, top with fresh berries

1. In a medium sized bowl, combine water and chia seeds. Let stand for 20 minutes, stirring frequently until it resembles gelatin. 
2. Add the rest of the ingredients, stirring to combine.
3. Divide up the mixture between 6 small containers, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until ready to eat.
